Summer opera takes on a whole new meaning in a recent video of Puccini's Turandot, presented on the beach and in the water by the well-toned members of Teatro Lirico di Cagliari.

We love the non-traditional venue this Sardinian opera company chose for their performance on July 25, which began with a lone dancer emerging out of the waves.

This highly condensed version of Turnadot was intended to advertise Teatro Lirico's upcoming full-length production, held in a traditional opera house in Cagliari, Sardinia.
