Harry Styles has managed to thrive as an artist long after One Direction has fallen into an indefinite hiatus. He has definitely come a long way since his "X Factor" days. Since launching his self-titled album in 2017, he has released hits such as "Adore You," "Sign of the Times," and "Lights Up."

Citing one of his musical influences, Harry Nilsson, Styles has also released songs whose "lyrics are honest, and so good." Honest in fact, that he apparently drew from his past relationship experiences. Among the hits that he has released, here are three of the Harry Styles songs that are about his ex-girlfriends.

"Two Ghosts"

The widely-accepted explanation is that this was about Taylor Swift. Their "Haylor" saga began back in November 2012, only to end in January the following year. In 2014, Taylor Swift released her fifth studio album, "1989." It contained the songs "Out of the Woods," "Wonderland," and "Style" - hit songs apparently about Harry.

From his 2017 debut album, Harry Styles released the song "Two Ghosts." In an interview with BBC One, the former One Direction member was asked to explain what the song was about. He tried explaining that it was "pretty self-explanatory." Host Nick Grimshaw prodded for more specific answers. Styles even asked help from Jeffrey Azoff, his friend and manager.

"A 2017 philosopher. London," Styles added. Grimshaw then played "Two Ghosts," saying: "So here we go, the one about Taylor Swift." Styles could only playfully scream "NO!" as the track sets in.

"Only Angel"

Another muse to have spurred Harry Styles' incredible songwriter is Kendall Jenner. In his debut album, fans believed that not only one but three songs were written about her. Aside from "Only Angel," "Meet Me In The Hallway," and "Sweet Creature" are reportedly all about her.

However, it remains all but confirmed by Hazza himself. Even Kendall Jenner herself tried to pry the truth out of her ex-boyfriend. During a December 2019 episode of "The Late Late Show with James Corden," the former partners played the modern truth-or-dare game "Spill Your Guts."

Kendall later asked, "Dying to know this, which songs on your last album were about me?" As Harry opened, "So I'd say track..." but gave in and ate the cod sperm instead.

"Cherry"

From 2017 to 2018, Harry Styles dated French-American model Camille Chrystal Pourcheresse, better known as Camille Rowe. A few songs from his 2019 album "Fine Line" are supposedly about Rowe. However, nothing comes closer than "Cherry," the fifth track from the album.

The stripped-down track with sparse beats and strings accompanying Styles' vocals has a few pressing points. "Cherry" opens with what seems to be Harry's admission of jealousy over her ex's new partner. "Don't you call him "baby"/We're not talking lately/Don't you call him what you used to call me."

He even alludes missing her "accent." Rowe has a French accent, unlike his other ex-girlfriends. "I, I just miss/ I just miss your accent and your friends/ Did you know I still talk to them?" The song even ends with a voicemail of a lady speaking in French.
