VeggieTales - Beauty and the Beet
Kellie will be the voice of Mirabelle the sweet-potato, who is the lead singer of her family's band. The family faces and overcomes its share of challenges, including an angry innkeeper who makes them feel unwelcome. Much like the story of Beauty and the Beast, Mirabelle makes friends with the Beet, matching his harshness with her own loving acts, and proving that compassion and kindness reap their own rewards.
Kellie won't just be doing voice-over talent in the movie. She will also be performing seven original songs. All seven will be included on a companion CD that also features Kellie’s rendition of the Christmas classic, "Deck the Halls."
Releasing on October 14, 2014, both the DVD and the CD will come out in plenty of time for Christmas.
