Taylor Swift is officially the most wonderful person in the world. Just after giving a young heartbroken fan a pep talk via Instagram, she was at it again when she made a stop at Boston's Children's Hospital, making us all remember why we can't seem to get enough of her. In the below video, the singer can be seen giving a private performance to Jordan Lee Nickerson, a young boy battling cancer.

Before getting to the performance of "We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together," Swift chats it up with Nickerson about Play-Doh and Spiderman. Apparently, the crawling super hero was there yesterday, but we're guessing he was more excited to see the Red singer.

When bringing up her singing, Swift says, "I love singing songs for people, but I want to sing a song for you more!" To which Nickerson delivers an incredibly cute "thank you" followed by "Let's do it!"

After telling her he'd like to hear "the old song" she has, the country star jokes, "I'm trying to figure out what one that is," before delivering a list of her hits –– and even she can't remember them all.

Ultimately, they land at "We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together." Which appears to be the right choice!

Check out the video of Swift's private performance (and partial duet) below:

From watching, it looks as if not only was Nickerson enjoying the performance, several members of the hospital staff chose to stop outside the door to get a glimpse. Not that we blame them, of course.
