If you thought Taylor Swift was finished making you smile, guess again. Following her recent private performance for a young boy battling cancer at Boston's Children's Hospital, the country star made another stop and performed a duet of Adele's "Someone Like You" alongside a leukemia patient. And yes, it's incredible.

From Just Jared, Swift was in the area and reportedly stopped in the patient's room, saw his keyboard and asked what he was working on. It turns out he had wrote out Adele's tune in his notebook, which the "We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together" scribe can be seen skimming through. The boy then took to the keys and the two began playing the 21 singer's song – with the patient on the keyboard and Swift adding in the vocals.

"That was so great," she told him towards the end. "That was beautiful."

Following some high fives and understandable smiles, the patient thanked Swift for singing with him. "You killed that! That's awesome," she returned. "I love that you wrote it out. That's really amazing. You have a great understanding of it. That's so cool." Getting musical acknowledgment from Taylor Swift ... pretty rad, huh?

So, outside of this and her recently giving $90 to a fan at Chipotle, what will we see Swift doing next? Not exactly sure, but it's safe to say that it'll be something pretty wonderful and sweet.
