Even though Judge Jose Martinez ultimately denied Kodak Black's request for an early termination of his probation, he did make it significantly easy for the Florida rapper to maintain his professional status.

"The Government and Probation oppose early termination of supervised release," court documents read.

"Probation opposes early termination because of Defendant's history of violence and compliance issues during supervised release. Neither the Government nor U.S. Probation, however, oppose converting Defendant's supervised release to a non-reporting status."

This change from "reporting status" to "non-reporting status" implies that Kodak will be permitted to travel and perform, which is welcome news for the rapper, who has just released his fourth studio album, "Back for Everything."

The judge has ordered and adjudged that Defendant's Motion for Early Termination of Supervised Release be refused without prejudice. Accordingly, Defendant's supervised release will be changed to a non-reporting status.

However, this is not without conditions. The defendant had to comply with all of the terms and conditions set forth in his non-reporting supervised release, as established by the United States Probation Service.

Prior to his release from jail in January 2021, the lyricist for the song "Super Gremlin" was pardoned by former President Donald Trump as part of a series of presidential pardons he issued before leaving office.

Kodak served 21 months in prison for misrepresenting information in order to purchase firearms, and Trump released him from prison but ordered him to continue to follow the terms of his probation.

According to the spitter's lawyer Bradford Cohen, excellent behavior was a condition for early termination of his probation, but officials were not on board with that idea and refused to provide it. After failing a drug test and testing positive for MDMA, Kodak was found to have breached his probation. He engaged in a 90-day rehabilitation program, which he finished in December of last year.

On February 25, Kodak Black released his latest album; Lil Durk makes a cameo appearance on one of the album's 19 tracks.

Additionally, he released a music video for his tune "Love Isn't Enough," which was released  on April 5.

Kodak Black might land in some serious trouble though - not with the law but with Will Smith.

Kodak Black released a peculiar video in which he criticizes Will Smith and asks Jada Pinkett Smith to ditch the King Richard actor in favor of the hip-hop artist.

Taking to Instagram, the 24-year-old hip-hop sensation shared a live video of himself wooing Jada, which was taken in a dark room.

"That (expletive) you doing ain't real, bro. You got an (expletive) who love you," he said.

The rapper, whose real name is Bill Kahan Kapri, also poked fun at Will's late pal Tupac Shakur.

The rapper slammed Tupac Shakur for attending the same high school as Jada, saying, ""Tupac wasn't all the way cut, wasn't all the way gangster his whole life."
