Kelly Clarkson is known for her vocal range. She can sing fast and high quite effortlessly.

It also appears that she can also go really mellow and still make the same impact. She recently opened her show "The Kelly Clarkson Show" with her own rendition of Jonas Brothers and Marshmello 2021 duet entitled "Leave Before You Love Me" and many were moved. Even the original singers were awestruck.

Her version maintained the original song's peaceful, midtempo flow while playing with its melody, singing,"Dancing on the edge, 'bout to take it too far/ It's messing with my head, how I mess with your heart/ If you wake up in your bed, alone in the dark/ I'm sorry, gotta leave before you love me/ Ay, ay, leave before you love me."

The JoBros seem to think so, since the band's Twitter account retweeted what she pulled off. Needless to say, the boys were quite impressed.

When it dropped last summer, "Leave Before You Love Me" debuted at No. 20 on the Billboard Hot 100,  and earned the siblings their 24th chart entry of their career.

A few weeks ago on her show, Clarkson had the Jonas Brothers to her studio, where Joe Jonas hinted that the brothers were working on a new album, which they aim to release "hopefully" later this year.

On this particular episode, however, Clarkson had Camila Cabello over, who just dropped her "Psychofreak" single, wherein she sang about her former Fifth Harmony members.

The "Havana" singer shared her story about finally receiving her driver's license but being terrified to drive on the freeway. Driving she has massive fears, but releasing solo chart-hitting albums? She has none.

This is not the first time that Kelly Clarkson covers some songs on her shows.

Among the really popular ones are Kenny Loggins' "Footloose," Martha and the Vandellas "Dance in the Street," and Backstreet Boys' "Show Me the Meaning of Being Lonely." She even performed an emotional reinvention of ABBA's "Dancing Queen." She's a pro at crafting and singing her own songs but also great at covering other artists' hits.
