"Hot Girl Summer" has officially started! After Megan Thee Stallion performed a new diss track at the first weekend of the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival, many fans can't wait for it to be released. The big question is: when is it dropping?

According to sources who spoke to Page Six, the song, titled "You's a B****," will be released "soon" as producers are still working to finalize it.

At the time of this writing, an exact release date has not been announced by Megan and her team.

The track might sound familiar to some old-school hip-hop fans as it samples "Freak'n You" remix by Jodeci and Wu-Tang.

Prior to her Coachella performance, the Houston native rapper took to her social media account to tease fans about performing the track.

"I got this song that I recorded and every time I play it for a woman they start jumping and clapping I think I wanna perform it at Coachella for the first time before I actually drop it," she wrote.

Per The Source, many fans took online to express their excitement about the song, saying the rap flow was inspired by hip hop legend Lil Kim, as it's slower than her usual upbeat songs.

Lil Kim has not commented on the matter. Megan has also not confirmed whether the rap legend inspired the song or not.

Megan Thee Stallion's New Song a Diss Track Against Ex Torey Lanez?

Fox Bangor reported that the 27-year-old hitmaker seems to have addressed her legal battle and previous relationship with her ex Torey Lanez in the song.

Even though the track was straightforward and contained profanity, Megan never dropped any names.

During her monologue before performing the unreleased song, the "Savage" rapper said the track is "very m*********** personal" to her.

"To whom the f*** it may concern, and I really feel like my ladies with f*** with me on this one," she said before asking the DJ to drop the beat.

Aside from a possible diss track, the outlet also noted that it could potentially be about women empowerment.

Megan's Coachella performance comes a few weeks after Lanez was arrested after Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge David Herriford agreed that some of the rapper's posts online are directed at his ex-girlfriend.
