Ozzy Osbourne's health status has not been going well for the past few months. After announcing earlier this year that he had tested positive for COVID-19, his wife Sharon Osbourne flew back to Los Angeles to accompany him.

Now, the Black Sabbath vocalist might be in great danger again as his wife announced that he would be going under the knife again for an important surgery.

So far, Ozzy's health has been deteriorating, and good news about his health has been scarce.

Ozzy Osbourne Surgery Crucial To His Life?

Returning to her show "The Talk" in the United Kingdom, Sharon Osbourne shared the latest update to her husband's health status.

"[Ozzy] has a very major operation on Monday, and I have to be there, It's really going to determine the rest of his life," Sharon announced.

The wife/manager noted that she would be flying back to the United States again to be with the singer for the crucial and unnamed surgery.

Although Sharon did not specify what ailment it is that the surgery will be treating, there might be a possibility that it is because of his Parkinson's Disease.

Ozzy Osbourne Health Timeline

In 2019, Ozzy Osbourne had also gone under the knife to repair a previous injury that he sustained in a 2003 ATV Accident. He was slated to undergo a second procedure for his neck, but, a 2019 fall on his home led him to a surgery that year.

Doctors had to put 15 screws on his Ozzy's spine as the fall caused the surgically implanted metal rods to disloge.

In April 2022, Sharon sheds a tear in "The Talk" after announcing that despite being new to the show, she must take a leave of absence immediately to be with his COVID-19-stricken husband in Los Angeles.

Classic Rock also reported last month that the "Mama, I'm Coming Home" hitmaker has been facing some mobility issues.

"I can't walk properly these days. I have physical therapy every morning. I am somewhat better, but nowhere near as much as I want to be to go back on the road," Ozzy revealed to the publication.

Because of his health issues, Ozzy Osbourne was forced to reschedule his "No More Tours 2" in Europe. So far, early talks say that he is expected to hit the European road again in early 2023 should his health get better.
