There's an update on the Nipsey Hustle murder case. After new reports revealed the gruesome manner that the rapper was killed, there is now information on the exchange he had with the alleged murderer before his untimely death.

It appears that Nipsey Hussle wanted certain  "documents" gone and he was holding Holder responsible for them to vanish.

The legal team for Nip has now called a witness by the name of Cowboy. Cowboy stated that he heard Holder and Nipsey's conversation few minutes before the shooting. According to him, Nip told Holder, "You know there's some paperwork floating around. I haven't read it, but you need to take care of it."

According to TMZ, the "documents" more likely meant police documents.

Cowboy asserts that Nipsey was never combative and never referred to Holder as a snitch, as originally claimed, but Holder retorted, "You're hating on me."

Eric Holder Jr., the alleged killer of Nipsey Hussle, is currently on trial in Los Angeles, and prosecutors just laid out the horrific circumstances of Nip's shooting death in court.

On June 15, Deputy District Attorney John McKinney told the jury that after Holder shot and killed Nipsey in a Crenshaw parking lot, Holder walked up to Nispey's body and stomped him in the head.

During his opening remarks, Deputy District Attorney John McKinney stated that Eric R. Holder knew in advance that he would murder Hussle. The prosecutor recounted the chain of events, including the discussion of "snitching," before Hussle's murder three years ago in the South Los Angeles neighborhood where both men had grown up and where the rapper had helped regenerate the area. In the shooting, two others were injured.

The prosecutor also told the courtroom, Holder said to Nipsey, "You're through" ... with Hussle replying, "You got me," before Holder took off from the scene.

McKinney told the jury that Holder's kick to Nipsey's head proves it was a personal attack, although Holder's public attorney is attempting to paint the incident as a momentary outburst.

Holder is charged with one crime of murder, two counts of attempted murder (two other persons were wounded by gunfire during the event), and one count of felon in possession of a firearm.

The March 2019 death of Nipsey Hussle sent shockwaves through the city, and Holder has been placed in solitary confinement for fear of being murdered by other convicts.
