Tove Lo has been on the international music scene for almost a decade now, and fans are just finding out how to pronounce her name correctly. The singer recently shared a video to address the hilarious issue.

Last week, Tove Lo appeared as a guest judge on "RuPaul's Drag Race All-Stars 7" to critique the contestant's Y2K girl group performance for the "Total Ru-quest Live" challenge.

After the episode aired, a clip of the host introducing the "Out of Mind" songstress went viral on social media as it sounded different from what fans are used to.

"You could give me 100 tries to pronounce Tove Lo and I would NOT get this," one fan wrote.

Tove took to her official Instagram account to address the situation and teach fans how to pronounce her name correctly.

"Alright, it's time that I address this, my name, how to pronounce it," she said.

The "Queen of the Clouds" songwriter then explained that her name is pronounced "Tuve Lu" in Swedish, but she also embraces the international "Tove Lo" pronunciation.

"So you can think of it as voulez-vous, Tove Lo," the singer explained with a French phrase.
