Dee Snider has some intriguing comments to say regarding bands who appear to call it quits but don't.

The Twisted Sister vocalist recently chastized musicians, particularly KISS, for misleading their fans by announcing "fake" farewell tours.

As a result, he is apparently motivated to become more "honest" with his songs and followers.

He singled out KISS as the perpetrator, comparing them to a "fart in a paper bag" for their reluctance to evaporate into the air.

Snider vented his rage on Twitter, attacking artists he believes are deceiving their fans, singling out KISS as the most clear example of "fake goodbye bull----."

He has previously faced Ozzy Osbourne's second farewell tour, fittingly titled "No More Tours 2." Snider, on the other hand, labeled the declaration "bull----," taking a stand against the practice.

In response to numerous fans' comments on social media, he chastised KISS for continuing to perform live performances several years after their initial farewell tour.

The "Cobra Kai" star told one fan, "Actually, it's these never-ending farewell tours, fake farewells, and 'we changed our minds' after the farewell that keep me honest."

"I hate all that fake farewell bull----. Bands should stay forever if they want to... don't sell us a BS farewell tour!"

In the following tweet, Snider aimed at the famous 70s glam pioneers, adding, "Impossible to miss a band when they refuse to go away, as Kiss has done for the last quarter-century."

"Like a fart in a paper bag... :)."

How Many Farewell Tours Has KISS Done?

KISS have already completed five farewell and four reunion tours as of 2015.

KISS's first farewell tour began in 2000, featuring Ace Frehley and Peter Criss. Eric Singer had already replaced Peter by the time the tour reached the Pacific Rim in 2001.

Ace was able to finish the tour.

In 2003, Peter rejoined the band, and Ace was replaced by Tommy Thayer.

The full farewell tour, which lasted from 2000 to 2003, was titled the "World Domination Tour," but was eventually renamed "Farewell to Ace and Peter."

Peter's contract was not renewed or extended after the tour, and Eric returned to play drums.

Since 2004, the lineup has been in operation.

KISS announced in 2019 that they would embark on a second farewell tour named "End of the Road."

However, they suspended the trip in March 2020 due to the epidemic, but when the globe began to reopen, they resumed the tour.

KISS will retire from performing after their next farewell tour, which is scheduled to finish in 2023, according to Gene Simmons.
