Shakira and her longtime lover and spouse Gerard Pique are divorced, and their split has been one of the most well publicized stories this summer.
In a joint declarationin June, the 45-year-old Colombian hitmaker and the Barcelona FC footballer ended their 11-year relationship.
While Shakira is dealing with tax troublesin Spain, Pique has been focused on how his new contract may be modified to help Barcelona's financial situation.
Aside from their personal concerns, their divorce has been one in which the interests of their two children have been at the forefront of each of their minds.
However, two months after his divorce from Shakira, it has been rumored that Pique has moved on and is currently seeing a 23-year-old Public Relations student.
According to The Sun, the sportsman is in a relationship with Clara Chia Marti, whom he met while working at his production firm, Kosmos.
While his divorce with the "Hips Don't Lie" singer was just announced in June, the publication alleges that Pique and Marti, who is 12 years his junior, had been dating for many months.
"Gerard and Clara have been seeing one other for months," said a source who spoke to the site. She is a student who works in his office for him, arranging events."
"They've been discreet about their connection, but everyone knows what's going on."
According to the source, other people were aware of their connection but assisted him in keeping it hidden.
Marti had to erase her social media accounts so that no one could locate photographs of her online.
Gerard Pique's actions, unfortunately for Shakira, only led his pals to believe he was "very serious about being with her."

Pique's new girlfriend was discovered when he was seen with an unknown woman at a party in Stockholm in June.
After a Swedish fan blogged about a party they attended in Stockholm, a social media post involving Pique went viral. According to the fan, the defender allegedly failed to welcome her football-crazed kid, prompting her to call Pique a "failure."
Katrin Zytomierskasaid Pique's public slam had gone to his head and released a photo of him with his female friend.
Pique, who was dressed in a sweatshirt and posed with a woman wearing a white beanie cap, went viral, but the Spanish press was unable to identify her.
