After 11 years together, Shakira and Gerard Pique have called quits, but not before making a "break-up pact." The pact provides that neither should be seen in public with a new love interest for at least a year.
It's violated now.
Just three months after their breakup, Socialite reported that Pique was seen passionately kissing a 23-year-old at Summerfest Cerdanya Festival in Catalonia, Spain.

The "Hips Don't Lie" singer was livid, of course. A source close to Shakira shared that she was "very angry to see the father of her children with his girlfriend in public."

Who is Pique's New Flame?
People are dying to know who is this 23-year-old who caught the eye of the 35-year-old football player. According to reports, Pique's new flame is Clara Chia Marti, a PR student; they reportedly met when she worked for Kosmos, Pique's production company.
A close source told The Sun that the two have been cozying up for months now, but have kept their relationship mostly lowkey: "Gerard and Clara have been seeing each other for months. She is a student who also works for him in his office, organizing events."
However, the source also noted that people around them are aware of this blossoming romance.
"People have been helping him keep the romance hush-hush and have wiped Clara's social media accounts so people can't find photos of her."
"That alone makes his mates think he is actually quite serious about being with her," the source added.
Devastating Divorce
The breakup pact came about after the pair's split, which was confirmed in early June, reports say. Their agreement entails that neither could appear in public with their partners for at least a year succeeding the breakup.
Shakira and Pique reportedly met in 2010 on the set of "Waka Waka (This Time For Africa)" music video; it featured some football players, including Pique.
The two have two children together, Milan, 9, and Sasha, 7; and they have been fighting for permanent custody.
As of this writing, the pair have devised a temporary setup: the boys would spend two weeks of August with Pique and the following two with Shakira.
