Are Shakira's lawsuits stacking up these days?

Florinda Meza, the widow of the character's creator, denied reports of impending legal action against the "Hips Don't Lie" singer for allegedly duplicating a move from "The Kid From The Eight" in the video "Te Felicito."

Marca reported that there was some speculation in the media a few days earlier about a possible lawsuit against the mother of two, who would have followed in the footsteps of "The Kid from the Eight" when he gave her the "garrotera."

When "The Kid from the Eight" was afraid, he became paralyzed, but before that, he produced actions that rendered him immobile.

Florinda Meza organized the case because Shakira copied Chespirito's character's moves in the song he performed as a duet with Rauw Alejandro.

Florinda, on the other hand, made it clear that everything was a hoax and that she would not be suing Shakira, which she reiterated on her social media accounts this Tuesday.

"To all public opinion: The story that I am going to sue Shakira is FALSE," the widow of the late Roberto Gomez Bolanos declared in a translated version posted on her Twitter.

"Sometimes the media and social media create tales in order to sell or obtain likes. This information has no foundation. I never said anything about it. It's a sham."

This latest probable case comes after it was reported that she is facing jail time in Spain for tax fraud, and a report that her song "Waka Waka" is plagiarized has resurfaced.

Shakira Not OK?

Meanwhile, Shakira is said to be worried about her divorce from ex-husband Gerard Pique and the potential of being imprisoned for alleged tax fraud.

If proven guilty of suspected tax fraud, which she vigorously denies, the "Whenever, Wherever" singer faces up to eight years in prison.

As a result, she apparently lacks sleep and is concerned about the entire situation, according to a source who spoke to Life & Style magazine.

Gerard has also apparently been seeing a PR student who is nearly 20 years his junior.

Shakira appears downcast while on the beach with her children, Milan, nine, and Sasha, seven.

The cause for their breakup was not divulged, but the pair agreed on a temporary custody agreement.

Despite Gerard's desire for his two children to remain in Barcelona, Shakira has expressed a desire to transfer them to Miami with her.

They must also divide their $330 million combined net worth, which includes their $7 million residence and $17 million private plane.
