Ever noticed how Young Thug has offered Kanye West a parcel of land in Georgia while still behind bars? Apparently, Judge Ural Glanville and the prosecution spotted the conversations online.

Very recently, a hearing on Thugger's online presence has been put into motion, being questioned by the prosecution on the rapper's access to communicate outside of jail.

Young Thug, Gunna, and other YSL associates are still in jail after being denied bond release numerous times. They are awaiting trial in January 2023.

Young Thug's Access to Social Media, Cellphone While in Jail

As live-streamed by 11 Alive News, Judge Ural Glanville, the Fulton County judge presiding on the high-profile RICO case of Young Thug has taken notice of how the rapper could tweet and use social media while behind bars.

The prosecution claims that the rapper has inside access to a cell phone. However, Brian Steel, Thug and Gunna's lawyer denies that his client has a cellphone in jail. (via HotNewHipHop)

"This is part of the conversation I had with all of you about your teams and everybody else. You really gotta zealously clamp down on-it's like dealing with classified information. It's need to know at this point in time. And if people don't need to know, you don't need to disclose it. And it's gonna get somebody either hurt or somebody in a lot of trouble," Glanville asserted.

But according to Steel, someone is tweeting for Young Thug outside.

Particularly, the Michael Phelps conversation that took over Twitter at the time was a recorded conversation between Thugger and a member of his family.

Steel further argued that it is not a reason to restrict if he asked another person to do it outside.

However, the statement did not go through Glanville. He pointed out that since Young Thug could do that, he could still have the ability to give a message out of jail - meaning he could still intimidate witnesses.

Notably, witness intimidation is the main cause why Young Thug and other YSL associates including Gunna were denied bond release - because the judge that since they hold "commanding positions" in the alleged gang, they could intimidate and tamper with witnesses.

In the past few days, Thug has also offered Kanye West a parcel of land in Atlanta via Instagram while he has posted on Twitter less than 24 hours ago as of this writing.

Last May, Gunna, Young Thug, and 26 other YSL associates are served with a sweeping grand jury indictment, alleging the rappers of attempting to violate the RICO Act in Atlanta, Georgia, among many other felony charges.
