Fans of the late rapper Coolio have stormed his website in an effort to obtain a souvenir. And this led to the site crashing.

On September 28, shortly after it was reported that the Gangsta's Paradise artist had passed away, fans flocked to the Coolio World website to purchase T-shirts, mugs, and hoodies.

However, many people were unsuccessful and, according to TMZ, simply saw a 404 error message on the product page.

The 404 error is displayed "when a user attempts to access a webpage that does not exist, has been moved, or has a dead or broken link," according to TechTarget.com.

According to the rapper and actor's manager, Coolio passed away on Wednesday from a cardiac arrest after collapsing at a friend's house. Coolio, whose true name was Artis Leon Ivey, Jr., had more than 100 acting roles in films and television shows to his credit.

Prior to his passing, the actor had returned to the animated series Futurama for a new season in which he played Kwanzaa-bot. Coolio has also made new music, according to executive producer David X Cohen, for the comedy's 2023 premiere.

The musician wrote the tune for the well-liked Kenan & Kel comedy series on Nickelodeon, but it was his big hit "Gangsta's Paradise" that had audiences dancing.

Since its debut in 1995, the song has appeared on hundreds of movie and television soundtracks. As an ambassador for the organization Environmental Justice and Climate Change, Coolio used his notoriety to inform college students at historically Black institutions and universities about climate change.

The rapper, who has battled asthma and allergies since infancy, also served as a spokeswoman for the organization.

No funeral plans have been made public as of the moment.

Coolio always appeared in lovely cameos on the fringe of movies and television, like many rappers from the mid- to late-1990s.

After his death, "Futurama" fans started speculating which beloved characters will make a comeback for the nostalgia trip as soon as a new season of the show was announced. According to AV Club, Coolio's final thrilling journey was playing Kwanzabot again in the next new season.

Coolio had recorded new dialogue and music for the upcoming Futurama remake, according to Cohen.
