Is Camila Cabello even a competent "The Voice" coach?

Following the previous episode of "The Voice," viewers of the famous reality singing competition were taken aback by the new coach.

The NBC show is currently on the stage when competitors go through fights after the successful competitiveness of the blind auditions phase.

Blake Shelton, the original and long-time coach, began the battles round by pitting two of his team members against each other.

The country legend picked Johnny Cash's classic tune, "Folsom Prison Blues," for the battle round performance. Tanner Fussell and Austin Montgomery took the stage and began their battle performance rounds after receiving a strong round of coaching sessions from Jimmie Allen and Blake.

While co-coaches Blake, John Legend, and Gwen Stefani were loving the song, the former Fifth Harmony member appeared perplexed, inquiring what the music the participants were singing.

Despite Gwen's explanation that it was a great song by a historic musician, the "Seorita" vocalist had no idea who he was.

While the young judge appreciated the Johnny Cash song despite having never heard it, people were upset and wondered if she was prepared to judge this singing reality program.

Fans slammed Camila Cabello for her ignorance on the show's YouTubevideo of the performance, which is presently inaccessible on the platform.

According to Meaww, one fan wondered how the "Havana" singer didn't know the song; after all, "Folsom Prison Blues" is a legendary anthem.

"How can you be a professional musician, a vocal teacher, and not know Johnny Cash?" said another. "She should be ashamed."

"Camilla isn't familiar with this music, bruh," a third individual remarked.

However, this was not the first time Camila Cabello did not know performers with well-known songs.

In an earlier episode, she admitted to have never heard of Jewel, which stunned her other coaches and viewers.

Meanwhile, Camila Cabello was a significant adviser for Team Legend in 2021. She knows a thing or two about competing on a singing reality program, just like another "The Voice" coach she took over for, Kelly Clarkson.

Camila rose to fame after appearing on "The X Factor USA," where she was part of the girl group Fifth Harmony.

She, on the other hand, quitthe band after years of success to pursue her own music career, which occurred when she and her bandmates feuded.

Camila has always been the band's brightest star, dominating the other females and apparently becoming the most despised of them all.
