While rumors of Trevor Noah and Dua Lipa dating are floating around the internet, the pair seems pretty chill with whatever is going on between them, which they claimed to be friendship.
Noah and Lipa are bonding yet again. The "The Daily Show" host, whos is actually leaving the show soon, was invited for a sit-down interview with the singer for her podcast, "Dua Lipa at Your Service," and he couldn't stop singing her praises.
Their conversation began lightly, like two friends catching up for a chat.
Although they tackled several topics during the 46-minute podcast episode, one particular part raised several eyebrows-the part when Noah could not stop complimenting Lipa.
"I said to my friend one day, 'Every time I see Dua Lipa, it's at an award show. So, now that means if I see her, my life is going well,'" the 38-year-old host said.
Lipa is a multi-awarded singer-songwriter who has been attending award shows throughout the years since she entered the music scene in 2017.
"Now I just hope to see her more so that it means my life is going exceptionally well."
"You've always been really wonderful and gracious. You've always been a really wonderful light, just in the spaces that everybody's in."
In another instance, Noah talked about the first time he saw her perform. "I remember when you performed... I feel like I saw you - were you in Ukraine maybe? You did the Champions League final!" He was referring to her 2018 performance in Ukraine for the UEFA Champions League Final, reports say.
"I remember you came on to perform and it was so weird. I remember people were like, 'Who the hell is that?' I was like, 'It's Dua Lipa!' It's all these old men who've come to watch a football game and they're just like, 'Who is this person?'"
"And then now there's no one in the world who doesn't know you. I think that journey is what a lot of people don't know about is how gradual and incremental that process is," he continued.

Dating Rumors
The endless praises toward Lipa only fueled the rumors surrounding the two. In recent news, the pair were spotted having dinner in a New York restaurant.
As they left, photographers captured them in an embrace, and in another photo, Noah was seen kidding the singer's cheek.
Lipa addressed the rumors, saying that she is not seeing anyone at the moment. "For me, this is the first year I've not been in a relationship for a very long time."
"It's been really great to just be alone and only think about myself and kind of be quite selfish, which I've never really had the opportunity to do," she added.
