Migos Rapper Takeoff was shot dead in a bowling alley in Houston, Texas.

Kirshnik Khari Ball, commonly known as Takeoff, was fatally shot at the 810 Billiards & Bowling Houston in Texas.

According to TMZ, per sources close to the scene, the rapper was gunned down shortly after 2:30 AM CDT. It was around that time that law enforcement and emergency responders got the call for a man being shot in the area.

How Was Takeoff Killed?

Witnesses at the scene of the crime said that the rapper, along with Quavo was playing dice in the building.

Apparently, an altercation, it was not defined if its a violent one, ensued. Moments later, someone opened fire and eventually shooting Takeoff. It was also said that the bullet hit either the rapper's head or near his head.

Takeoff was pronounced dead on the scene.

Per the exclusive footage obtained by the outlet, Quavo, who was with Takeoff at the time, gathered around him in circle, attempting to revive him.

Initially the pack, including other people in the building tried to moved him, but put him back down again. Quavo then yelled for help, alerting others with the horrific tragedy.

As of this writing, law enforcement says that two other people in the building were shot and rushed to the hospital via private vehicles. It is not known whether the two other injured were in critical condition or if they are well.

Meanwhile, Quavo, was not injured during the violent altercation nor was shot.

Hours before his fatal end, the 28-year-old rapper posted a selfie of him in the bowling alley on his Instagram account. 

Formally known as Kirshnik Khari Ball, Takeoff is the youngest member of the Atlanta rapping trio Migos. Quavo, who was on the scene, was his uncle, while Offset is his cousin.

As to Offset's condition, it was not reported whether he was in the building during the violent altercation.

Based on a tweet circulating on Twitter, possibly from a witness in the venue, an altercation ensued after Quavo allegedly threw a fit that riled up another group of people in the building. The altercation escalated leading to a shootout, with one on the other group accidentally shooting Takeoff. However, it was alleged that Takeoff was shot by someone from their own turf and not by the opposing gang.

As of this writing, the actual root cause of the altercation was still not confirmed.
