A few days since Kanye West started taking a break from everything, his old and dirty laundry is still coming out, and it gets weirder and worse every time.

West has been the subject of immense backlash after his controversial statements and antisemitic outbursts in the media, leading to his net worth's downfall in the past weeks.

Now, a former employee of the "Donda" rapper has come out and spoken the truth about yet another unsettling encounter with him.

Speaking to Rolling Stone recently, an employee of West claims to have been fired unjustly at the time.

Aside from pointing out the "cult-like" environment on Kanye's Yeezy team, the working conditions were described to be chaotic and anxiety-inducing.

"Nothing has ever compared to the amount of chaos, the amount of stress, and [the amount of] anxiety you go through working for Yeezy," an employee told the publication.

Just like in any working unit in the entertainment industry, the fast-paced and highly-dynamic environment is stressful as it is but doubled with a boss like West, who had been described as unpredictable, things could actually get worst.

Another senior member of his previous staff, who is now fired, recalled an instance when he gave a rather fitting suggestion and, in return, got a shocking response.

In 2015, during a chat with his staff, Kanye asked what songs his staff wanted to play aside from his own discography.

A staff member suggested playing Drake, who, at the time, was on good terms with Champagne Papi.

"I thought, 'Oh, he's a rapper, I should probably mention some rap. Big mistake - the next day I was fired," the staffer revealed.

Apparently, layoffs and firing are as normal as everyday meetings. Sources close to the team said that anything could set off West - even wearing the wrong color to work could mean close to a massive layoff or an on-the-spot termination.

"You start to see amongst the designers when they joined the team, they don't look like [everyone else], but two months into the team, they all started to dress the same, because that's how Kanye prefers it," a staff told the magazine.

For many staffers of West, they describe their work to be always in jeopardy and the environment to be mayhem.

"We [didn't] leave unless Kanye leaves," one says. "Nobody wanted anything to go wrong while Kanye was there because your job obviously could be in jeopardy if a mega-superstar is there and the printer doesn't work," another staff disclosed.

Since his ominous declaration on the Drink Champs podcast earlier this year that Adidas would not drop him despite his deliberate antisemitic tirades, the fashion giant has dropped the ball on him and sacking his multi-million deal - plummeting Kanye West's net worth from 2 billion to 400 million in one day.
