Harry Styles has endured scathing film reviews, accusations of 'queer baiting,' and the now infamous'spit-gate' scandal. It is safe to say that not everything has gone according to plan.
The 28-year-old British pop star is currently touring the globe as part of his "Love On Tour," and was recently one of the few artists to complete a 15-show sold-out run at New York's Madison Square Garden.
The former member of One Direction has continued to enjoy great success in the music industry, particularly in the United States, where he became the first solo artist to spend at least 15 weeks at the top of the Billboard Hot 100 with his single, "As It Was".
Additionally, he has been nominated for six Grammy awards. But it hasn't all been smooth sailing for the former X Factor contestant, as accusations of 'queer baiting' have once again erupted online, not helped by his clumsy comments on gay sex during the press tour for his latest film, "My Policeman."

He's also been far from the critics' choice in both of his films this year, including "Don't Worry Darling," in which many said he couldn't compete with the Oscar-nominated Florence Pugh - whose feud with the film's director and Harry's then-girlfriend Olivia Wilde received far more attention than the film's actual content.
A few weeks after the fashion house's sister brand, Balenciaga was embroiled in a child imagery scandal, he is now receiving criticism for a Gucci ad campaign in which he poses in a teddy-bear t-shirt next to a toddler bed.
It is the latest in a long line of PR problems for his manager and 'best friend' Jeff Azoff, 36, of Full Stop Management, whose wedding Harry officiated in 2021.
Harry Styles hinted at not being straight but refused to label his sexuality, implying that it is fluid, prompting his team to scramble once again this year to fend off charges of queer baiting.
However, fans pointed out that he has never dated a man, or at least has never been seen publicly dating a man. Queer baiting refers to the marketing strategies employed by entertainment companies or individuals who imply same-sex attraction through the portrayal of ambiguous sexual identity without actually depicting LGBT sex or relationships.
