The clamor for the two to have their versions of "Carpool Karaoke" came days after they reunited in a TikTok video, doing a small carpool karaoke when Journey's "Don't Stop Believin'" came blasting on their car's stereo.

"When you're with your best friend and Don't Stop Believin' randomly comes on the radio," Michele said in her post.

Fans immediately came to the comment section, expressing their delight at seeing the two together again.

"The most talented in the show, the most talented on broadway, the most talented in new york. They are the luckiest in the world. The most iconic duo," a fan commented.

"today is one of those few days when i'm proud to be a gleek," another user said.

"The fact that I just started rewatching glee today, and this is on my FYP obsessed," someone revealed.

In their short but sweet cruise on the streets of New York, Michele and Criss took the time to sing a few lines from their own Christmas songs from their respective albums.

The "Funny Girl" actress took the first turn, singing "Christmas in New York."

"Rockefeller's covered in the lights/ Families are playing on the ice/ From Harlem to the Battery/ Every corner's bustling/ Suddenly it's Christmas in New York," she piped, with Criss blending himself and doing second voices.

The two are visibly enjoying their time together, singing while driving. Afterward, it was Criss' turn to groove on his own Christmas carol.

"I'm a fan of a lot of Christmas things, so I wrote a little song about all the things that make me want to dance at Christmas," he said.

Singing "Christmas Dance" from "A Very Darren Crissmas," the "Hollywood" actor was on-point in teaching Michele the right dance moves for the song.

"So play a song that makes us make out when it snows/ A holly jolly one that everybody knows/ It goes, 'Get up, get down, well come on it's Christmas'/ Rocking around, well come on it's Christmastime/ Time to really take a chance/ Can I ask, may I have this Christmas/ May I have this Christmas dance?" he sang while Michele joins him.
