Britney being missing, however, comes after false allegations that Kanye West had passed away and other people believed he had also suffered the same fate.
This isn't the first time the singer of "Baby One More Time" has fallen for a social media fake. There have been a few occasions where fans or other users of social media have made ludicrous claims about the celebrity. One report said that her old films were being released on her Instagram.
The mother of two has repeatedly refuted the allegations, but it appears that a fresh idea is now the talk of the internet.
The Princess of Pop has reportedly been missing, and admirers have started to notice that the singer hasn't updated her social media accounts recently, particularly Instagram.
Since Britney frequents that website, her sudden departure sparked further rumors.
However, it should be noted that the "Womanizer" singer frequently takes breaks from social media, so her online hiatus is not unusual.
A notorious YouTuber named Jeffree Star also stoked the fire with a tweet.
The Jeffree Star Cosmetics founder allegedly made accusations about the Illuminati in a weird Twitter tirade, stating that he intended to reveal everything in 2020. However, "In a matter of days, the Hollywood elite tried to ruin my entire career, villainize me, and flooded the news with lies to discredit me. If you guys knew the truth about what they are doing to Britney & Kanye."

The unusual assertions of the cosmetics celebrity, however, are not backed up by any evidence that has been made public.
But as soon as Britney Spears could take a vacation from her social media, followers started to wonder if she was still alive.
"Bro, where are Kanye West and Britney Spears? Since they vanished almost two weeks ago, someone tweeted.
Another tweeted, "You should be looking for Britney."
Even while these bizarre speculations are becoming more and more popular, it's still conceivable that Britney is simply taking a vacation to ring in the new year.
Kanye West, who is now dealing with several legal troubles, is hiding out in the meantime to avoid being sued. He was also previously reported to be missing, per the Daily Loud.
Britney Spears may possibly be working in the studio since she intends to make a comeback in 2023. Along with the memoir, she will also be releasing new songs at the same time.
