RADWIMPS confirmed the details of its first international tour in five years, and the band would start its North American leg this year.

Following its last international tour, RADWIMPS Asia Live Tour 2019, the hit Japanese rock band is finally going back to the spotlight as its official website released the schedule of its North American Tour 2023.

"RADWIMPS North American Tour 2023 confirmed!" its official Facebook page revealed Tuesday. "The band will visit six cities in North America starting April to kick off the first int'l tour in 5 years. Presale starts at Noon (EST)/9am (PST) today!"

RADWIMPS will mark the beginning of its North American leg on April 16 at San Jose Civic. The band will complete the six dates on April 29 at Palladium Times Square in New York City.

How To Get Tickets to RADWIMPS 2023 North America Tour?

The presale tickets officially opened on Jan. 31, 12 p.m. EST, through Crunchyroll presale. RADWIMPS also opened a local presale for other fans.

The tour is part of the band's promotions for its 2021 album, "FOREVER DAZE."

RADWIMPS' Latest Update

Ahead of its North American tour, RADWIMPS will grace international fans' ears again with the arrival of Makoto Shinkai's newest movie, "Suzume," to North America on April 14. The film was initially released in Japan on Nov. 7 in an advance IMAX before it premiered nationwide on Nov. 11.

"Suzume" ultimately became the fourth-highest-grossing film of 2022 in Japan after earning $101 million. It followed "One Piece Film: Red," "Jujutsu Kaisen 0," and "Top Gun: Maverick" on the list.

The band's film soundtrack for "Suzume" has since gotten vinyl and CD releases.

Anime Limited (via Crunchy Roll) announced that it acquired the physical distribution rights to the film's soundtrack, all of which were recorded by RADWIMPS.

All 29 tracks are currently available online through music streaming apps like Apple Music, YouTube Music, Spotify, Amazon, iTunes, and Tidal.

RADWIMPS previously recorded the soundtrack of other films by Makoto Shinkai - "Your Name" and "Weathering With You."
