After premiering on the UK teen drama Skins, "Lights" singer Ellie Goulding has released the audio for "You, My Everything."

A cut track from her second studio album Halcyon, "You, My Everything" is typical Goulding fare. An explosion of sound, the track includes breathy, layered vocals from the "Anything Could Happen" songstress, small electronic blips and a fast-paced yet steady drumbeat.

The track comes out as quite ethereal and spacey, effectively mixing together dream pop and electronica, as Goulding is apt to do. Though the song can feel quite busy at times, "You, My Everything" is full of emotion that is the perfect theme music for a drama about risqué high schoolers.

"You, My Everything" could appear on a deluxe version of Halcyon. In a recent interview with ELLE, Goulding revealed that she can't get too ahead of herself planning new music because she's "releasing a re-package of the album with so many new songs."

The song is not meant to be a single, at least not yet. In the same interview with ELLE, Goulding revealed that the next song to be released off Halcyon and given the video treatment will be "Burn."

Other than prepping a deluxe album version and new single, Goulding is busy on tour with Bruno Mars. She has joined the "When I Was Your Man" crooner for his Moonshine Jungle tour as the opening act. The next tour stop will be July 10 in Columbus, Ohio.
