Oasis band members' relationship has been on the rocks over the past few years, especially between brothers Liam and Noel Gallagher, and it appears that they won't be making up anytime soon. More recently, The 1975's Matty Healy has reacted to the siblings' feud, saying he wanted them to grow up and reunite with each other.

Speaking to "Q With Tom Power," the musician opened up about how the group became successful but still had problems behind the scenes. In a video circulating online, the frontman questioned Oasis on their choices because they could potentially be "the coolest band in the world" but they're not doing anything because of their personal problems.

"I can deal with them dressing like they're in their 20s and being in their 50s, but acting like they're in their 20s - they need to grow up," Healy added. (via Billboard)

The "Give Yourself A Try" singer didn't stop there as he continued ranting about the siblings, saying they're "crying" because of an argument with each other and they should grow up and headline Glastonbury Festival.

Concluding his sentiments, Healy, in his own words, said the two musicians should "stop messing around."

Following his interview, the podcast launched a petition via change.org for the group to get back together. As of this writing, the page amassed 53 signatures from fans.

Why Did Oasis Break Up?

In early reports, a red Gibson Guitar that was damaged was said to be the reason why the band ultimately split. Noel previously recalled the incident, saying he didn't feel "a sense of relief" amid their feud because he knew there was a "s***storm coming."

At the time, Oasis was one of the biggest bands in the world with hit songs such as "Wonderwall," "Champagne Supernova," and more, but their personal issues hindered them from pursuing further success.

"I couldn't go back to England because the press had descended on my house and my missus was there with my kids," the musician recalled at the time of their break up. (via NME)

The brothers haven't seen each other in over a decade and even though there have been rumors about the group getting back together for a reunion, it appears that it won't happen soon as the singers aren't on good terms.
