Paramore 'This Is Why' Release Date

The American pop/rock band is set to release its sixth studio album titled "This Is Why" on February 10, 2023. Many fans are excited for the trio to return as this would mark their first album after "After Laughter," which dropped in 2017.

Since they went on a hiatus for a long time, listeners suspect that the band would return to their musical roots and would feature heavy emo music as well as the pop-punk genre.

However, the band noted in a recent interview with Entertainment Weekly that they're exploring new things regarding their sound, saying, "We are not usually a band to go backwards, ever. We like to be careful about getting stuck in the past."

In addition to experimenting with something new, the band is also using their platform to raise awareness to the public as they consider "This Is Why" as their "most political album" and they're hoping fans to be "directly impacted" with social issues.

Prior to the album's release, the band had already dropped three singles which include "This Is Why," "The News," and "C'est Comme Ça."
