Pharrell isn't so happy.

According to XXL, the producer of Pharrell's highly successful YouTube show ARTST TLK is suing the popular producer-rapper-singer extraordinaire for allegedly backing out of his contract to pursue a better deal with NBC's The Voice.

TMZ reports Skateboard P essentially told the producer to get lost after The Voice came along and asked Pharrell to join the judge's panel for Season 7.

"Holding me to a contract that prohibits The Voice exclusivity requirement?  It's The Voice!," Pharrell reportedly said.

The producer says he invested a million dollars into the YouTube show and he expects Pharrell to pay up.

"This is complete nonsense. It's unfortunate when you try to help a friend and they wind up trying to take advantage of you," Pharrell's rep told TMZ

Thanks to interviews with celebs like Usher, Spike Lee and Tony Hawk, ARTST TLK racked in more than 1.7 million views.

Pharrell was announced as a new Voice coach back in March, according to Vibe, and he seemed pretty excited about his new gig saying, "This is going to be so fun."

NBC shared his sentiment.

"It's been a huge year for Pharrell, with recognition for his contribution in the world of music - the Despicable Me franchise soundtracks, his Oscar-nominated song 'Happy' and his Grammy-winning collaboration with Daft Punk on the breakout dance hit 'Get Lucky.' His dominance in record sales in 2014, coupled with his incomparable accomplishments in the world of fashion and design, make him an irresistible addition to The Voice family," said Paul Telegdy, the network's President of Alternative and Late Night Programming.
