Mollie Mendoza is one of the most popular names in the spiritual and conscious music scene. Having toured and worked all over the world, the songwriter and healer from London is now setting the tone for the year. Which is looking to be a good one.

Tibetian sound bowls are finding their way into many yoga and wellness studios these days, for good reason. The frequencies and healing compositions are strong practices that release emotions and can be transformative experiences.

No, the integration of sound is nothing new in traditional and indigenous Asia, Africa & South America, they are integral parts of healing and medicine. But it's rather new that popular songwriters like Mollie Mendoza perform these sound healing ceremonies at big festivals, gather large communities in London with sold out events, and more.

It's rather unusual that an artist with millions of listeners on platforms such as Spotify and Youtube dedicates her focus to the healing power of her music, instead of turning commercial. And her fans reward it.

Due to her lifestyle, Mendoza explains she is based between the United Kingdom as well as Portugal and Central America, although she has been spending a decent amount of time in Asia and South America.

In London, the sound healer successfully ran the UnMind music studios, a community space that regularly held sold out sound healing & movement events. Besides the many regular sound healing events and concerts she performs, she also offers 1:1 sessions, which are very high in demand. With thousands of participants, Mendoza has proven her ability to form communities over and over again. During the first phase of the global pandemic she was able to use her Sound Ceremony Training and musical skills to gather hundreds of people every week for online teachings and sessions. Part of the income was donated to charity each month.

Impressively, in a period of division and struggle, Mendoza was able to unite people from all over the world and make a positive difference.

Numbers Don't Lie - Listeners Want More Of Mollie Mendoza's Music

Mendoza's music releases are attracting millions of listeners on Spotify, especially her collaborations with singer-songwriter Sam Garrett are fan favorites.

The collaboration album 'Root Down Deep' with the British singer-songwriter was a massive success for both musicians - reasonably resulting in further successful releases as well as several live events together.
Last year Mollie spoke and performed on one of the UK's most popular live shows, the BBC Sunday Monring Show. A huge platform for any musician to be presented to millions of viewers, but even more so for a sound healer.

Where Can We See Mollie Mendoza?

The sound healing performances are in incredibly high demand for festivals this year, booking Mollie Mendoza into several line-ups. So make sure you check her social media channels to stay up to date about her live events.

Now surely a lot of fans are wondering when there'll be new releases - there's good news. Mendoza is working on a sound healing album with crystal sound bowls and vocals. She has not started the recording process yet, so we will definitely have to be a little more patient. Until then, we will catch her on festivals this summer.
