Shakira is making a huge and life-changnig decision months after her widely publicized split from Gerard Pique.
The "Underneath Your Clothing" singer is said to be just three days away from relocating to Miami with her two children.
The Princess of Latin Pop was set to return to the United States at the conclusion of the school year after missing her planned departure date in early January due to her 91-year-old father's poor health.
But, there is mounting suspicion that Shakira has set her heart on a different date, which is anticipated to take place this April.
Laura Fa, one of two journalists who routinely write on Shakira, reported in the Catalan newspaper El Periodico that they were told the "Whenever, Whenever" had a "planned date to relocate there."
One of Shakira's closest pals is claimed to be her supplier.
"The only roadblock would be Shakira's father's health, which has been well-documented as being a little tricky at the moment."
"Shakira's intention is to take advantage of Spring Break in the United States to fly to Miami with her sons so they can start their studies when the youngsters there return to school," they claimed.
Because of her father's health, Shakira was forced to postpone her transfer to the United States with her children, Milan, 10, and Sasha, eight.
They said at the time that the 46-year-old would have to wait until June 2022, the end of her children's school year, however they did mention the possibility of a move to coincide with the American school spring breaks.

Shakira and Gerard Pique announced their separation in June 2022, about 11 years after they began dating.
Piqué began dating Clara Chia Marti after their split.
After the separation, Shakira has been upfront about her thoughts and has produced songs with cryptic undertones about her romance with Pique.
"We regret to confirm that we are splitting; for the time being, we have decided to spend time apart in our relationship," the pair said in a joint statement.
Gerard unveiled his new girlfriend on Instagram in January 2023, two weeks after Shakira released a song about the supposed adultery.
