Is Mod Sun bitter over his breakup with Avril Lavigne as she moves on to Tyga?

The rapper felt the love of his fans as they attacked Tyga in a profanity-laced chant at his New York City show.

Travie McCoy got the crowd moving at Mod Sun's Irving Plaza event by complimenting the "Rick Kids Destroy Everything" hitmaker as one of the most "faithful" individuals he knows before venting about his recent divorce with the "Sk8er Boi" hitmaker.

Mod Sun, whose actual name is Derek Ryan Smith, yelled, "F--k Tyga," according to TMZ.

The "Flames" rapper first shrugged off the statement, heading to the back of the stage with a smile before the fans began to shout in unison.

Mod didn't want to start anything, but he was grateful for the support before playing a live performance of "Cupid's Chokehold."

Tyga's recent relationship with Avril Lavigne apparently caught Mod Sun off guard. After dating for nearly a year, they were engaged 12 months later.

Mod Sun informed his followers in a message posted after the shocking divorce that he was thankful to be surrounded by love "every night" during his "God Save the Teen" tour after his "entire life" altered after the split.

"I have the best friends in the entire world, thanks for always having my back. See you on stage."

Despite the rapper's depressed reaction, Avril Lavigne didn't stay on the market for long, as she and Tyga were spotted getting intimate at a Los Angeles hotspot just two days before the split was announced.

The Canadian pop-rock diva and Kylie Jenner's ex revealed their romance earlier this month after kissing and holding hands during Paris Fashion Week.
