In an exclusive report from Billboard Magazine, Kelly Clarkson's Las Vegas Residency has finally been announced!
The announcement came a day after she announced the release date of her upcoming new album, "Chemistry."
Supposedly, Kelly Clarkson's Las Vegas Residency was scheduled to take place last April 2020; but because of the onslaught of the coronavirus pandemic, it has since been canceled.
Not only was Kelly Clarkson Las Vegas Residency a support for her upcoming new album, but it also comes as a celebration of her 21 years in the industry since winning "American Idol" season one.
Since winning "American Idol," Clarkson has become one of the best-selling music artists in the country and the whole world. She has put out chart-topping albums and singles and has been revered as a pop culture icon as she is the most successful champion of "American Idol," and perhaps any reality singing competition in the world.
Clarkson has been the recipient of three Grammy Awards, including Best Pop Vocal Album and Best Female Pop Vocal Performance.
"We're calling it an intimate night and I don't want to give it away. There will be different elements every night and every show is not going to be the same," she revealed. "We will have the audience participate and I will talk to the audience because now I'm on a talk show and I'm used to engaging. It's going to be a different kind of show than what people are used to in Vegas."

Kelly Clarkson Las Vegas Residency Venue
Kelly Clarkson's Las Vegas concerts will be held at the Bakkt Theatre, formerly known as the Zappos Theatre.
In the past, the theater has been used by the likes of Christina Aguilera, Gwen Stefani, Jennifer Lopez, Shania Twain, and John Legend, among many others.
Kelly Clarkson Las Vegas Residency Dates
Per Kelly Clarkson, her Las Vegas Residency will be composed of ten intimate shows only, as it would be reflective of the way she holds a talk show host, as she wants it to be as engaging as possible.
