Is Shakira over her ex-fiancé Gerard Pique?

According to the Spanish press, the Princess of Latin Music may have found love with a mystery man in Miami.

The "Waka Waka" singer has already relocated to Florida after reaching an arrangement with her co-parent and former partner, Gerard, who is accused of cheating on her with his new and younger girlfriend, Clara Chia Marti.

Many admirers of the award-winning singer have been left wondering whether she would travel to Barcelona with her two children, Milan, ten, and Sasha, eight, in the next three months, which coincides with the conclusion of their school year.

According to OK Diario, Shakira may have another motive to hurry up her transfer to Miami because of a prospective new lover.

They went on to state that the "Underneath Your Clothes" singer met the anonymous man a few months ago, right before she penned and published a song about her athletic ex and his younger girlfriend, which sparked the diss song.

As translated by The Sun, the paper claims, "it appears the Colombian singer may have discovered a new illusion in the shape of a mysterious man she apparently met in Miami and has been in contact with for four months."

Unfortunately for fans, the publication did not provide any other information regarding who the man may be. They were quick to point out, however, that it is not Shakira's other ex-boyfriend, Antonio de la Rua, whom she dated before dating Gerard Pique in 2010.

Goodbye Barcelona?

Meanwhile, the Catalan tabloid El Periodico said that Shakira was planning to relocate with her children next month.

That was before her mother, Nidia Ripoll, was taken to the hospital with a blood clot in her leg.

According to El Heraldo, the renowned mother is currently healing at home but will continue to undergo frequent doctor examinations.

Furthermore, her father's health was identified as one of the key reasons Shakira abandoned plans to relocate to Miami at the beginning of this year, soon after she and Gerard Pique reached a child custody agreement in December.
