Forget the Ice Bucket Challenge. Kathy Griffin wants to see what that booty can do.

According to XXL, the comedian recently challenged Nicki Minaj to a booty-off. After checking out Minaj's video for "Anaconda," Griffin decided she wanted to go toe-to-toe in a booty shaking contest.

"Of course, everyone's talking about that 'Anaconda' video and it's fantastic. It's a lot of boo-tay and I would like to challenge Nicki to a boo-tay-off," Griffin said in a recent interview. "It's like the Ice Bucket Challenge, but it doesn't even have any charity associated with it at all. It's completely gratuitous."

Minaj's assets have caused quite a stir since the release of the "Anaconda" video. The YMCMB femcee broke the VEVO record for the most-watched clip in 24 hours.

According to VEVO's official Twitter account, in its first day, "Anaconda" was watched 19.6 million times, a staggering new high for the video streaming site. Minaj beat the previous record set by Miley Cyrus, who racked up 19.3 million views of her naked Terry Richardson directed music video for "Wrecking Ball" in September 2013.

The record has also previously been held by One DirectionJustin Bieber and Miley Cyrus (again, for "We Can't Stop").

The video for the Pink Print single, which features a sample from Sir Mix-A-Lot's "Baby Got Back," even warranted a response from the veteran rapper.

"Ok after watching @NICKIMINAJ Anaconda 37times I only have one word to sum up my feelings. DAMNNNNN!!!!!! #AnacondaVideoOnVevo," he tweeted.

Kathy Griffin recently released a new unedited two hour comedy special entitled Look At My Butt Crack. The special is now available on iTunes.

What do you think? Should Nicki Minaj accept Kathy Griffin's challenge? If she does, will you watch?
