Is Megan Thee Stallion worth going to jail for? This man from Texas thinks so.

According to reports, a 28-year-old man was arrested over the weekend after impersonating a police officer to gatecrash a Megan Thee Stallion concert.

The rapper headlined and performed at the March Madness Music Festival in Houston, Texas, where the man identified as Trayvone Stevenson attempted to sneak into.

Stevenson is a local barber who everyone refers to as Lil Darus. At the time of his arrest, he was seen sporting a vest that read "Police K-9."

After he was escorted out of the venue, he was booked in jail and hit with a felony charge of impersonating a public servant.

On Monday, he was reportedly released on a $20,000 bond.

Worth the Jail Time?

During the hearing, prosecutor Mathew Jackson commended Megan Thee Stallion for having an amazing talent-enough for a man to commit a crime just to watch her live.

"Megan Thee Stallion is a fantastic draw, big draw, especially here in Houston, but this is still a felony case," he said. "You cannot go and impersonate an officer to get into a concert venue."

While the "Body" rapper is actually yet to comment about the hilarious situation, she has shared pictures on Instagram from her trip to Texas.

Megan Thee Stallion, born Megan Jovon Ruth Pete, was born in San Antonio, Texas, but her family moved to Houston after she was born.

She got the monicker Thee Stallion after being likened to a stallion, because of her tall and "thick" body frame.

She is a recipient of six BET Awards, five BET Hip Hop Awards, four American Music Awards, two MTV Video Music Awards, a Billboard Women Music Award, and Three Grammy Awards.

In 2020, she released her debut studio album "Good News," then her sophomore studio album "Traumazine" in 2022.
