Foo Fighters are releasing their eleventh studio album "But Here We Are" coming this year.

Per Billboard, the rock band's upcoming album is preceded by a new song, "Rescued." The entire album is reportedly produced by the band and their long-time collaborator Greg Kurstin.

After Foo Fighters' confirmation that they will not disband after the tragic death of their drummer Taylor Hawkins, they went on to announce live dates of their upcoming performance for the year.

On Wednesday, they also teased some new audio clips which will be released on their album, which only confirmed the news their fans have highly-awaited for.

Foo Fighters New Album 2023

Foo Fighters' new album that will be released this year is the follow-up to their 2021 album, "Medicine At Night" and it also marks the first new material from Dave Grohl and the band since Taylor Hawkins' death in March 2022.

The band also previously said that they would be making some new music after the loss of their bandmate, with each member of the band talking about the chance of going on the promo trail in the future.

According to a statement released by the band, "A brutally honest and emotionally raw response to everything Foo Fighters endured over the last year, 'But Here We Are' is a testament to the healing powers of music, friendship and family."

It went on to read, "'But Here We Are' is the sound of brothers finding refuge in the music that brought them together in the first place 28 years ago, a process that was as therapeutic as it was about a continuation of life."
