Justin Timberlake has been working in the music industry for decades now as he started out as a young singer. Today, it appears that the musician is ready to venture outside his career as he's reportedly teaming up with golfing legend, Tiger Woods.
According to New York Post, the two will be partnering with billionaire Joe Lewis, Mark Bellissimo, as well as The NEXUS Luxury Collection and Wellington Lifestyle Partners for an investment on a 600-acre luxury residential club community in Florida.
For those who are interested in investing, the project appears to be pricey as lots start at $3 million while fully-built homes cost around $4 to $5 million.

Aside from residential buildings and houses, it appears that residents of the said luxury club won't have to leave the area anymore as it will also have different amenities.
Since Woods is a world-renowned golfing champion, the luxury club will include an 18-hole championship golf course designed by Pete Dye.
Adjacent to the golf course would be a clubhouse featuring a gaming facility and a performance center.

In addition, the proposed luxury town will also have a stadium tennis court, 12 other tennis courts, 12 pickleball courts, and 10 padel courts.
Florida is known for its extravagant resorts that's why water features will definitely be part of the project as it will have four swimming pools that feature a kids' splash area, an adult-only-resort-style pool, a family pool, and a lap pool.
Other amenities are a fitness center which is estimated to be 40,000 square feet, outdoor facilities, gaming rooms, bowling lanes, outdoor sports fields, and many more.
As of this writing, Justin Timberlake has not publicly shared the project on his social media accounts.

Timbaland and Timberlake have been collaborators for years now and it appears that the famed duo will release a new musical project soon.
In early reports, the rapper confirmed that he finished working on the new record with his collaborator, saying, "We just finished up and everything sounds great, Now it's really on him how and when he envisions it to come out, but it's done and it's coming." (via People Magazine)
As of this writing, neither of the two musicians has revealed the title, official tracklist, release date, and more information about the said project.
