Adam Levine is finally getting back on his feet after being involved in the infamous affair fiasco late last year.

Not only has the singer turned his life around by apologizing to his wife and the world, but he also welcomed his third baby.

Now he is about to jumpstart his career with a new Maroon 5 song and return to "The Voice," reports said.

Maroon 5's 'Middle Ground'

Levine will return to the stage on May 23 with Maroon 5 to perform their newly announced single "Middle Ground" for the first time.

"Middle Ground" will be officially released on May 19 on streaming platforms along with an accompanying music video.

It has been a long time since Maroon 5 released any new material; their seventh studio album "Jordi" was released in 2021.

The last album was met with mixed to negative reviews from critics; Pitchfork gave the album a 4.7 out of 10, while The Guardian rated it with two stars.

However, according to Billboard, "Middle Ground" is considered "something of a return to form," referring to the band's hit album "Songs About Jane," released in 2002.

Affair Fiasco

There are many reasons why it took Maroon 5 so long to release a follow-up album to "Jordi."

The most popular speculation is because of the affair allegations he was hit with back in 2022 months before the birth of his third child.

According to reports, Levine addressed the allegations head-on, and issued a statement on social media, apologizing for his mistake and actions.

"I used poor judgment in speaking with anyone other than my wife in ANY kind of flirtatious manner," the statement read.

"I did not have an affair, nevertheless, I crossed the line during a regrettable period in my life. In certain instances, it became inappropriate; I have addressed that and taken proactive steps to remedy this with my family.

"My wife and my family is all I care about in this world. To be this naive and stupid enough to risk the only thing that truly matters to me was the greatest mistake I could ever make. I will never make it again. I take full responsibility. We will get through it. And we will get through it together."

Levine and his wife, model Behati Prinsloo seem to be in a much better place these days, and it definitely shows because the singer is finally ready to make a return to the limelight.
