According to sources who spoke to Radar Online, their battles intensified with the news of Tish's new relationship with Dominic Purcell from "Prison Break."
A source has said: "The situation between them is li9ke this mutual toxic obsession which just won't go away."
Six months after divorcing his wife of 30 years caused an uproar with his daughter Miley Cyrus. This was due to Billy Ray getting engaged to singer Firerose last year.
Rumor is that Miley and many of her family members have been on the outs lately.
According to a source, the relationship between them is strained, but instead of attempting to reconcile, Billy and Tish remain hostile to each other - causing chaos in the family.
