Blur Reunion Concert

It's been a while since Blur got together in one stage and they're finally granting their fans' wishes to perform at a concert again.

In early reports, the British pop band revealed that they will be performing at the Wembley Stadium in London on July 8, 2023.

"We really love playing these songs and thought it's about time we did it again," Damon Albarn said.

Since many supporters have been waiting for the group to return, the band announced a second date "due to phenomenal demand."

Speaking with Sky News, drummer Dave Rowntree said reunion gigs have been a "bucket list" dream, but also revealed that it's hard to produce a concert like this.

"Turns out it's incredibly difficult to arrange something like this, you know, the technical resources, the staff, the places to play. All of these things are in very, very short supply," he said.

He later joked that he was hoping the stadium would be filled as he didn't want only "four people and a dog" attending the show.
