BLACKPINK fans were filled with worry when they saw Jennie leave mid-performance during the KPOP girl group's concert in Melbourne, Australia's Rod Laver Arena.

According to reports, the KPOP singer turned HBO star was performing their hit song "Lovesick Girls," alongside the other girls, Rose, Jisoo, and Lisa, when she suddenly turned around and walked offstage.

YG Entertainment, BLACKPINK's label and agency, issued a statement regarding the sudden disappearance of the singer and revealed that her health might be more concerning than what fans initially thought.

"We regret to inform you that during the BLACKPINK World Tour [Born Pink] in Melbourne performance on June 11 (today), member Jennie was unable to complete the stage due to her deteriorating condition,

"We would like to extend our sincerest apologies to all the fans who have shown their support for BLACKPINK and those who attended the event. We kindly ask for your understanding in this situation."

BLACKPINK Continues the Show

Fans initially thought that Jennie was simply fatigued due to her many projects and events lined up alongside BLACKPINK's "Born Pink" world tour.

In fact, the other members also gave this excuse. They told the fans after Jennie left that she was simply not feeling well even prior to the concert happening.

"Jennie expressed her strong determination to carry on with the performance until the end," the statement read. "However, following medical advice on site, we immediately took measures to ensure she receives ample rest and stability."

'The Idol', Cannes Film Festival, Met Gala, and More

Jennie has had a busy year. Aside from touring, she recently attended the Cannes Film Festival for the premiere of "The Idol," her debut acting gig.

Before the premiere, Jennie was at the Met Gala, which was also her first time attending the fashion slash fundraising event.

Although YG Entertainment did not disclose exactly what the KPOP star's illness is or what caused her to walk offstage, fans are still sharing their best wishes on social media.

"Oh my girl. I hope you are healthy now," a fan wrote.

"Get well soon, Jennie. We love" another added.

It looks like Jennie will just have to toughen up for what is coming next in her career because after her acting debut in the newly released HBO series, she is bound to release more new material-both with BLACKPINK and as a soloist, and perhaps even as an actress.

As per Forbes, Jennie is soaring to the heights of fame, and it is just the beginning.
