Slipknot's former frontman and vocalist, Anders Colsefni, recently announced that he would be going on tour to perform the group's first demo/album; how does now-lead singer Corey Taylor feel about this?

According to Loudwire, the musician announced on social media that he would be performing the tracks from the heavy metal's project called "Mate. Feed. Kill. Repeat."

The tour will kick off in Sydney, Australia, on October 11 and will only have 12 shows. In addition to him, former Mushroomhead vocalist Waylon Reavis would also be present at the music event.

The original album features some of the band's earliest songs like "Tattered & Torn," "Only One," "Do Nothing / B****slap," "Slipknot," "Gently," and many more.

Released on Halloween in 1996, the first music project was recorded by original members Shawn Crahan, AKA Clown, Paul Gray, and Joey Jordison.

"Really wish I could be there to see these shows, but I know Anders Colsefni is going to crush them," he wrote.

In other updates, the current Slipknot lineup is also on tour this year which was met with controversy after they announced Craig Jones, the group's keyboardist and sampler, would be parting ways with them amid their ongoing series of concerts.

In addition, Shawn Crahan was also missing from the group's first show in Austria as he needed to take a break to take care of his wife. He was able to rejoin them during the band's headlining set at the Download Festival.
