Nelly's Hot in Here Festival 2023

Many fans have been wondering why Nelly chose Toronto as the inaugural city for his first-ever self-produced music festival and there is a valid explanation behind it.

Speaking with BlogTO, the rapper noted that the city is one of his favorites to perform in and it means everything for him to come back and "bring all the people that came up with me in the industry."

"We've been talking about it for a while and what better city to kick it off than a city outside of what it is we might traditionally do? Again, [a city] that appreciates the music that we're going to bring," he further explained.

As of this writing, Nelly has not shared details regarding the Hot in Here festival for 2024.
