Adele's now-fiancé Rich Paul is said to be in the throes of exasperation due to her controlling ways, especially when it comes to her renovation project at Sylvester Stallone's former Los Angeles mansion.

The "Rolling In The Deep" singer is certainly taking no prisoners as she completely overhauls the property in a way that only Adele can.

Rumor has it, the songbird is having a difficult time picking between tile or wood flooring, and even the shades of wood.

A source close to Radar Online relayed, "You should see her; she carries around color swatches in her bag and can't stop checking out different faucet styles on her phone. This indecision is making the renovation process much tougher than it should be!"

The same source opened up about her acquisition of the action movie star's luxurious Beverly Park estate.

At a hefty price tag of $58 million, it is no surprise that Adele has been working with architects and contractors to ensure every detail is to her liking.

This 3.6-acre oasis boasts eight bedrooms, 12 bathrooms, a sauna, steam room, office space, cinematic theater area as well as an infinity pool. In addition, there is also a putting green for recreation and an art studio as well as an impressive eight-car garage to show off any collection of cars.

To construct her dream house, the British hitmaker has made some drastic changes; she's cut away at the second floor and flattened entire rooms.

However, the source revealed that there is a disagreement between the couple regarding these never-ending renovations.

The insider dished that it's not exactly a bed of roses for Adele and her sports mogul fiancé, with the couple clashing over the home renovations.

"It's turning into a nightmare," sighed the source.

Despite wanting to put an end to it all, Adele has taken on every detail - something that doesn't make her beau too happy.

When news of romance surfaced between Adele and Rich Paul in years ago, it was unsurprising to hear that the singer has trust issues.

Both boast impressive net worths; Adele's is estimated at an incredible $220 million, while Rich sits at an estimated $120 million as a top sports agent with clients.

Given the lack of a prenuptial agreement between herself and her ex-husband, Simon Konecki, Adele's friends recommended that she secure an ironclad prenup before moving forward.

When Adele and Simon officially divorced in 2021, it was speculated that Simon could have been legally entitled to half of all of Adele's earnings during their marriage.

"It seems as though Adele has taken precautionary measures," explained an informant to the outlet. "After signing the prenuptial agreement, it's like she and Rich have managed to put it behind them... one can only hope."
