Avril Lavigne and Tyga got together and what ensued was a flurry of three-and-a-half months of them dating, as well as a jaw-dropping, eyebrow-raising $80,000 necklace.

They have long since called it quits, but it seems like the ex-couple might still be looking into rekindling their romance.

According to reports, Lavigne and Tyga have been cozying up with each other twice-in a row-since their breakup a month ago!

Avril Lavigne, Tyga Getting Back Together?

During Marshmello's 4th of July set at Encore Beach Club in Las Vegas, the "Girlfriend" singer was present as a special guest. Tyga, who also eventually performed later on, was reportedly present during Lavigne's performance. He was watching her! According to reports, the ex-couple were also seen conversing with each other at the VIP section of the venue, and many spotted Lavigne leaning in to whisper in the rapper's ear. To top it all off, the "Rock City" rapper featured Lavigne in one of his TikTok videos, dancing to his upcoming song "Bops goin Brazy."

Fans are wondering if the pair are simply really just good friends or they want to get back together.

Avril Lavigne, Tyga Break Up

The ex-couple first came to everyone's radar back in February, shortly after the "What the Hell" singer broke off her engagement with Mod Sun.

They were photographed hugging each other while they ate at Nobu, a restaurant frequented by celebrities and high-profile personalities.

Fans were floored by the news of Lavigne leaving her ex-fiance and jumping into a relationship with Tyga so quickly. However, reports say that the breakup was to be expected.

​​"Avril and Mod Sun have been on and off for the past two months, but are no longer together as a couple," a source said.

On the other hand, Lavigne was taking her then-new relationship with the rapper slower, careful of getting into something more serious.

A source explained, "They're still not exclusive and just getting to know each other. They're taking things very slowly to be on the safe side and really get to know each other before diving into something serious."

People thought perhaps the two were going to end up together, after all, Tyga spent $80,000 on a custom-made necklace he gifted to Lavigne a month into their relationship.

Apparently, it was not meant to be-the first time. Maybe the pair are trying to start over again?
