Tina Knowles, the mother of Beyonce Knowles-Carter, recently had seven figures worth of cash and jewelry stolen from her Los Angeles-area estate.
According to law enforcement officials who told TMZ, burglars managed to break in and take away a whole safe that was filled with over $1 million.
Early Wednesday morning, it was revealed that a break-in had occurred at Tina's home when someone from her camp visited and saw the vault was gone.
Witnesses say Tina wasn't present during the incident, and it is uncertain how the burglars were able to access the property and take away the secure safe.
Though officers are diligently searching for any clues in the burglary, no substantial evidence has been presented.
Unfortunately, this is not the first instance of such a crime against the famous mother.
Tina was shocked to discover the unwelcome guest who had shown up at her Los Angeles home in April.
According to police, they arrested a man for causing a disturbance and damaging her property.
TMZ reported that time that the LAPD received a call about someone throwing rocks at Tina's mailbox. Consequently, officers quickly responded and took the man into custody.
Responding officers had a backup in the form of a helicopter, and this airborne unit kept track of the suspect once he decided to flee.
Officers quickly followed after him and were able to apprehend him following a brief chase on foot.
Local authorities have reported that the individual in question had been exhibiting strange behavior and was then taken into custody due to a 5150 psych hold.
Though accounts state there may have been slight destruction to Tina's mailbox, she elected not to take legal action or register an official report.
