Throughout the early days of his career, Post Malone was known to be a hard drinker and constantly parties with other people almost on a daily basis. However, there was a life-changing moment which led him to get rid of his habits.
According to Page Six, the musician made a big decision in his life to change his lifestyle after he welcomed his baby girl with his fiancée, who until today remains anonymous for privacy purposes.
In an interview with "The Zane Lowe Show," the rapper said having a child "really put a lot into perspective." He added that his partying habits already "slowed down" and he rarely goes out anymore.
Regarding his success in the present, the "Sunflower" hitmaker said, "Now I just want to take a second and enjoy it."
Post Malone's Transition to His Healthy Habits Was Easy For Him
Some people had a hard time getting rid of bad habits, especially partying too much, however, in Post Malone's case, he noted that he came to his senses naturally.
"I really love hanging out with my baby, hanging out with the lady, playing video games in my garage, working on projects. That's what I love to do. So it hasn't been that hard," he added.

Elsewhere in the interview, the singer noted that his partying habits was lessened and he now just hangs out with a few of his pals where they stay up drinking until the sunrise instead of socializing with other people at the bar.
Post Malone's Relationship With Fiancée Also Improved
In addition to being healthy nowadays, Post Malone noted that his relationship with his anonymous fiancée has also improved significantly after he let go some of his old habits.
He admitted that there was a time in their relationship, especially at the beginning, where he would disappear for days without a word.
He later realized that it was wrong and he was "such a turd" for doing it. But today, he is now a "homebody" and it was easy for him to do it.
As of this writing, the identity of his soon-to-be-wife remains hidden. His daughter is also away from the spotlight, but he got a tattoo of her initials "DDP" on his forehead.
