The Rolling Stones vocalist Mick Jagger looked frail when he ended his 80th birthday celebration.

The rocker marked a special day in his life Wednesday during his birthday bash at his West London home before continuing the celebration through an afterparty at nightclub Embargo Republica. Photos from the event, as shared by People, captured the star-studded event as the stars joined the rocker in his celebration.

Some photos of Jagger, however, sparked concerns as the now-80-year-old singer "looked a bit frail."

In the photos from Mega (via Ok! Magazine), the vocalist can be seen donning his forest green suit and printed shirt as he went out of the London nightclub after calling it a night. His security team led him as they held him in his arm to assist the singer, who looked a little thinner as he grew older.

Though some fans were concerned about it, others reminded the public that Jagger remains as healthy as ever despite his age.

"Happy 80th to Mick Jagger, still performing LIVE. AGE ≠ HEALTH," one said.

"We need to stop the "he's 81" thing. He should retire because he is in poor health," another wrote. "Here is Mick Jagger at 80 and Norman Lear at 80 and 101 respectively."

Jagger's fiancée, Melanie Hamrick, and his daughters joined the party attended by his celebrity friends like Leonardo DiCaprio, Angelica Houston, and Lenny Kravitz.

A source told People that the rocker is "happy, busy, and forever young," making fans a little at ease after worrying about his health.

Is Mick Jagger Sick?

Over the past years, Jagger has been sparking health concerns, especially after he faced several health issues.

He contracted the COVID-19 virus amid the pandemic but immediately returned to the stage for a performance with The Rolling Stones at Hyde Park. At that time, the band's dressing room coordinator Heather Kjollesdal explained that the vocalist had prepared himself for the grueling ets.

"Mick likes surfaces," the coordinator said. "There's not a lot of stuff. It's very clean. I do set up a little warm-up area. I've never seen what goes on, I know there's music. He probably just loosens up his limbs."

Jagger also reportedly started interval training so he could sing a song and run across the stage smoothly, while other sources said he has been working out for six days a week.
