Just because Taylor Swift can't get enough publicity we suppose, the performer will be jumping on the cast of The Voice next season in the role of mentor, according to US Weekly

Swift will be the rare pan-mentor, offering her advice to contestants on all four teams, much like what Coldplay's Chris Martin did during Season 6. Typical mentors only work with individual teams, as with the rest of this season's announced guests: Alicia Keys will team up with Pharrell Williams, Little Big Town will join the ever-successful Blake Shelton, Stevie Nicks will pair with Adam Levine, and Bush's Gavin Rossdale will course lend a helping hand to his wife Gwen Stefani.

Season 7 is scheduled to begin on September 22, a little more than a month before the release of her new album 1989 and we'd be more than willing to bet that Swift will premier a second single from the new record on the show (or at least give a premier live performance of a new single). Her current no. 1 hit "Shake It Off" took the download and Hot 100 charts by storm and the date of her Voice appearance seems to be an optimal time to release single no. 2.
